* For Israel Delegates, due to security reason, kindly ensure that your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of entry to Malaysia. Please also take note that the process to apply for a visa to enter into Malaysia, would take up at least 6-months for processing by the local authorities.
* Accompany person: Only for welcome reception and conference dinner.

Important Message for Credit Card Users:

1. Only VISA or MasterCard are accepted for online credit card payment.
2. The ISWA 2018 World Congress registration payment gateway is a 3D secure credit card payment gatewayto protect cardholder and the merchant. Kindly authenticate your credit card with your bank before proceeding for payment via credit card as you are required to enter the "One-Time Authentication (OTP)" code to initiate the transaction of your payment.
3. In the case where your credit card transaction(s) is(are) unsuccessful, kindly refer to your local bank to inform that you will be conducting an overseas credit card transaction as there might be a restriction made for International Transactions due to security reason.
4. Or, please check your credit card limit as it may have exceeded the monthly transactions allowed.
5. If the error still occurs after you have checked with your local bank, kindly contact us for further assistance.

Registration Entitlement

1. Registration Fee includes Attendance at all congress sessions, conference material, 3-days lunch, refreshments during breaks, Welcome Reception and Gala dinner.
2. Fees for accommodation, flights and tours are NOT included in the registration fee..
3. Payment for Malaysian Delegate should be made in MYR

Terms and Conditions of Registration

1. Registration Process and Payment
   1. Registrants can register via online registration at iswa2018.org
   2. In order to enjoy the Early Bird Rates, full payment of registration fees must be received on or before 31 July 2018.
   3. For Regular Rates, full payment of registration fees must be received on or before 15 October 2018.
   4. For On-site Registration, full payment is required for registration from 24 October 2018.
   5. For payment made via Local Order (LO) by Malaysian Government Agencies, the original copy of LO must be received before the event day (by mail) or it has to be handed over during on-site registration. Please send the original copy of the LO to the ISWA 2018 Congress Secretariat for claim or reimbursement purpose.
   6. Confirmation letter of registration will be sent via email upon full payment of the registration fee received. Please present the confirmation letter at the registration counter to speed up the registration process.
   7. Payment of registration fees can be made via:
      1. • Local Cheque
         • Telegraphic Transfer/Bank Transfer
         • Local Order (Applicable to Malaysian Government Agencies only)
2. Cancellation & Refund Policies:
   1. All cancellation of registration must be done in writing and submitted to the ISWA 2018 Congress Secretariat via e-mail at or fax to (603) 4257 1133
   2. Full refund is allowed for cancellations received on or before 15 September 2018 after deducting other related fees and charges incurred in connection with such refunds, including costs of foreign exchange conversion. 16 September until 15 October 2018 will be only refunded 50% from the total paid registration fee. There will be no refund after 15 October 2018.
   3. All refunds will be made in MYR at the prevailing foreign exchange rate.
   4. Refund for cancellations will be made within three months after the confirmation of cancellation by the ISWA 2018 Congress Secretariat. Any charges imposed by banks and Credit Card issuers will be borne by the Registrants.
3. Liability:
   1. The Organiser reserves the right to make changes where deemed necessary, with or without prior notice to parties concerned. All disputes are subjected to the Malaysian Law. We kindly ask you to authorise us by agreeing to the Terms & Conditions to use all registration data given in this form for computerised handling of the conference.
